Hermon is nocturnal and lives deep underground in the forest of St. Pascal Baylon. By night he helps to keep the forest clean by eating garbage left behind by humans, making him an unsung guardian of nature. Though shy, Hermon’s lovable personality shines through to those who are patient and kind, making him a gentle soul in the magical world he inhabits.

Clayton is shy and elusive and is seldom seen. He prefers to keep to himself, quietly blending into the forest. Though he may seem intimidating at first glance, Clayton’s gentle demeanor and peaceful spirit reveal a creature of great depth and mystery, quietly roaming the landscapes of St. Pascal Baylon - the place where he calls home.

Olley is a pudgy orange fish with distinctive yellow spots and bold green stripes running along its back. Living a slow, relaxed life in Black Pond within the forest of Saint Pascal Baylon, Olley is always on the hunt for food. Despite being sluggish, Olley's ever-present hunger drives him to nibble on pond plants and algae, while occasionally interacting with other forest creatures who visit the water's edge.

Elli Elephoo is an elephant-like creature with enormous ears, a long trunk, and striking bright blue eyes. Clumsy but courageous, Elli is never afraid to face new challenges, even when her lack of grace causes mishaps. She sustains herself by munching on dead branches, often leaving clear trails in her wake as she clumsily clears the forest path. Naïve and trusting, Elli sees the best in everyone, which sometimes leads her into tricky situations. HOTLIPS
An old broken violin repurposed. Meet HOTLIPS - paperclip sculpture using a violin (4/4 or full size (about 14 inches or 36 cm)) base with stunning red lips and glass eyes.
The process of creating paper clay mounts
A pine board is cut, glued and sanded into a plaque. Wire and threaded rods are then inserted, cut and bent to form the armature. Aluminum foil and styrofoam are used to create the base shape before they are sculpted with paper clay. The clay is sculpted, sanded, drilled and tweaked until a creature is born. The final touch is the acrylic paint that brings the mount to life. For protection and added shimmer, each mount is coated in a gloss or mat varnish.
The mounts are personalized with real antlers found in the woods, feathers, collars or a bow tie - giving the mount a final touch of whimsy. Not surprisingly, the mounts each have a unique name and their own story. Of course.
Each of these mounts was painstakingly created from within me with love and care and a great deal of patience and time. I consider each one to be part of me – part of my family.
